4 Channel View

A beautiful seafront, second-floor, self-catering holiday apartment, sleeping five. The apartment has large bay windows, a south-facing balcony with panoramic sea views and a Four Star rating from Visit England.

The rooms are bright, airy and spacious. In addition to a roomy, comfortable lounge there are two bedrooms, a modern bathroom with over-bath shower and an additional WC. The kitchen/dining room completes the package.  There is free WiFi throughout the apartment and gas central heating.

Access to the south facing balcony is from the spacious bay-fronted lounge, enabling you to relax in private whilst taking in the stunning panoramic sea views and spectacular sunsets across the Exe Estuary. There is a digital TV and DVD player and a futon, for which bedding can be hired, to sleep up to two extra people if required.

The restful bedrooms are well furnished with adequate drawer and hanging space, comfortable spring interior mattresses and plenty of warm bedding. The main family bedroom has a double and a single bed, whereas twin singles are provided in the second bedroom. Bed linen is included, as are peshtemal/Hamman towels: light, versatile towels made from surprisingly absorbant 100% Turkish cotton. Alternatively traditional terry towels are available for hire at nominal extra cost. Also available for hire is a childs Z-bed with bedding, a baby's cot and a high chair - we regret that we are unable to provide cot bedding.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.

The modern bathroom has both bath and shower and a wash hand basin and flush toilet; the apartment also has a separate WC.

One car parking space is allotted to each flat in the adjacent private car park.  Leafy Madeira Walk connects the car park to the terrace garden via two short sets of stairs.  A further staircase from a small, communal tourist information area leads up to the apartment entrance.

Pets can be accepted by prior arrangement provided they are well behaved and kept under proper control. We do stress that we cannot permit the animals onto any of the furniture.
