Channel
View
enjoys a superb position on
the sea front Esplanade overlooking what is arguably the most attractive part of
Exmouth's glorious sandy beach and the picturesque beach gardens. Located just ¼
mile from the main shopping centre and ½ mile from the railway station, and with
regular summer bus services along the Esplanade, Channel View is convenient for
all amenities. The stunning outlook from Channel View can be viewed via the live
Exmouth Web Cam
mounted on the building.
Access to the flats is from the leafy Madeira Walk via our garden
terrace where potted flowers and shrubs offer a fragrant welcome to the
holidaymaker. Each of the extremely
spacious two bedroom apartments enjoy uninterrupted panoramic views over the
coast and the Exe estuary. All rooms have sea views. The apartments are self
contained, double glazed, centrally heated and equipped to a good standard.

During
2010 large south facing
balconies were added to enable our holidaymakers to
relax in private whilst taking in the stunning panoramic sea views and
spectacular sunsets across the Exe Estuary.

A digital colour TV
and DVD player is provided in each of the spacious comfortably furnished and carpeted bay fronted
LOUNGES. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
The restful BEDROOMS are well furnished with adequate drawer and
hanging space, comfortable spring interior mattresses and plenty of warm
bedding.
KITCHENS
are fully equipped with electric cooker,
microwave oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine.
Modern BATHROOMS have both bath and shower, wash hand basin and flush
toilet; the apartments also have a separate cloakroom.
A PAY-PHONE is available for the use of holidaymakers.
ONE car parking space
is allotted to each flat in the
adjacent PRIVATE CAR PARK.

PETS can be accepted by prior arrangement provided they are
well behaved and kept under proper control. We do stress that we cannot permit
the animals onto any of the furniture and particularly not onto the beds.
The tariff includes for the cost of hot water and for central
heating, there being NO additional charge for gas consumed. There are, however,
prepayment meters for electricity (£1.00 coin).
BED LINEN is
included and TOWELS (NOT for beach use) are available
for hire at nominal extra cost. Also available for hire is a childs Z-bed with
bedding, a baby's cot and a high chair - we regret that we are unable to provide
cot bedding.

2 CHANNEL VIEW
(Sleeps 5)
This first floor apartment has its access direct from the garden
terrace.
The exceptionally large front family bedroom is equipped with a
double and a single
bed, whilst the second bedroom has twin single beds. There is a futon in the
lounge which could be utilised for further sleeping if the holidaymaker required
[futon bedding and linen may be hired at additional cost]. In addition to the
main bathroom, there is a second toilet / cloakroom with walk-in shower.

4 CHANNEL VIEW
(Sleeps 5)
This apartment is at second floor level and, with the advantage
of its elevation, offers an even more spectacular outlook than flat 2.
The main family bedroom has a double and a single bed whilst twin
single beds are provided in the second bedroom. In addition to the main
bathroom [with over-bath shower], there is a second toilet / cloakroom. As with flat 2, the lounge
furniture includes a futon which could be utilised for further sleeping if the
holidaymaker required [futon bedding and linen is availble for hire]
