This lovely first floor apartment, sleeping five, has direct access from the garden terrace. The large south-facing balcony and bay windows are perfect for people-watching and for enjoying the stunning panoramic sea views. 

The apartment has a four-star rating from VisitEngland. The  rooms are bright, airy and spacious. In addition to a roomy, comfortable lounge there are two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a separate shower room and a kitchen/diner. There is free WiFi throughout the apartment.

Access to the large, south facing balcony is from the spacious bay-fronted lounge, enabling you to relax in private whilst taking in the stunning panoramic sea views and spectacular sunsets across the Exe Estuary. There is a digital colour TV and DVD player and a futon, for which bedding can be hired, to sleep up to two extra people if required.

Restful bedrooms are well furnished with adequate drawer and hanging space, comfortable spring interior mattresses and plenty of warm bedding.  The  large front family bedroom is equipped with a double and a single bed, whilst the second bedroom has twin single beds.  Bed linen is included, towels are available for hire at nominal extra cost. Also available for hire is a childs Z-bed with bedding, a baby's cot and a high chair - we regret that we are unable to provide cot bedding.

The modern bathroom has both bath and shower, wash hand basin and flush toilet.  The apartment also has a separate cloakroom with toilet and walk-in shower.

The kitchen is  fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine and adjoins a dining room with expandable table to seat seven.

One car parking space is allotted to each flat in the adjacent private car park.  Leafy Madeira Walk brings you from the car park to the terrace garden via two short sets of stairs.  The door to Flat 2 is on the right, while straight ahead there is a door leading to a communal tourist information area.

Pets can be accepted by prior arrangement provided they are well behaved and kept under proper control. We do stress that we cannot permit the animals onto any of the furniture.

The tariff includes for the cost of hot water and for central heating, there being NO additional charge for gas consumed. There are, however, prepayment meters for electricity (£1.00 coin).
